Retourneren & Restitutiebeleid

30 dagen retour- en restitutietermijn

We hanteren een retourbeleid van 30 dagen, wat betekent dat je na ontvangst van je artikel 30 dagen de tijd hebt om een retourzending aan te vragen. Nadat je ons een e-mail hebt gestuurd om een retouraanvraag in te dienen, reageren we binnen 24 uur. Het retouradres staat in de e-mail.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor retournering, moet uw artikel in dezelfde staat zijn als waarin u het heeft ontvangen: ongedragen of ongebruikt, met labels en in de originele verpakking. U dient ook een kassabon of aankoopbewijs te overleggen bij het retourneren.

Retour verzendkosten

De verzendkosten voor het retourneren van de producten zijn voor rekening van Suraziki of de klant in de volgende situaties.

Wanneer Suraziki de retourkosten betaalt

Suraziki betaalt de kosten voor de retourzending als de reden voor de retourzending het gevolg is van ONZE fout.

Voorbeelden van gevallen kunnen zijn:

Het artikel is defect aangekomen en kan niet worden gerepareerd met een vervangend onderdeel.
We hebben het verkeerde artikel verzonden.
We hebben het naar het verkeerde adres verzonden.
We hebben een dubbele bestelling verzonden.
Het artikel vertoonde een defect tijdens de retourperiode van 30 dagen. (De klant dient het artikel correct te installeren en te bedienen volgens de instructies in de producthandleiding.)

Uitleg over speciale gevallen: In gevallen waarin een product kwaliteitsproblemen vertoont, dienen gebruikers het te retourneren naar het aangewezen Suraziki-magazijn in de Verenigde Staten. Suraziki draagt de verzendkosten. Indien het retouradres van de gebruiker echter afwijkt van het oorspronkelijke verzendadres (bijvoorbeeld als het verzendadres zich in de Verenigde Staten bevindt, maar het retouradres zich op een afgelegen of internationale locatie), waardoor de verzendkosten de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten van Suraziki overschrijden, is de gebruiker verantwoordelijk voor de betaling van de extra verzendkosten.

BELANGRIJK

Voor artikelen die beschadigd of defect aankomen, MOET de klant video's of foto's aanleveren ter ondersteuning van de bewering dat het artikel beschadigd of defect is aangekomen. Indien een klant weigert of nalaat video's of foto's te verstrekken van een artikel waarvan wordt beweerd dat het defect of beschadigd is, wordt deze retourzending beschouwd als "berouw van de koper" en is de klant als enige verantwoordelijk voor de retourzending.
Als een klant beweert dat een artikel defect/beschadigd is, moet de klant hiervan bewijs overleggen voordat hij/zij het artikel retourneert, zonder uitzonderingen.
Als het retourverzoek voor een beschadigd/defect artikel kan worden verholpen met eenvoudige onderdelen en ondersteuning, kunnen we de optie bieden van gratis vervangende onderdelen en advies over hoe uw artikel te repareren als de klant vindt dat dit de gemakkelijkere oplossing is, zodat u hoeft een groot omvangrijk artikel niet terug te sturen.
Zodra we het goedgekeurde geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen, zullen we de staat ervan beoordelen. Als het artikel defect blijkt te zijn, storten we binnen 3 werkdagen het aankoopbedrag terug.

2. Wanneer de klant betaalt voor de retourzending

In geval van een retourzending als gevolg van een fout van de klant, zijn de retourkosten voor rekening van de klant en worden deze door de klant betaald. De kosten variëren per regio.

Suraziki verstrekt de klant de vooraf betaalde retourverzendlabels en de verzendkosten voor het retourneren van de producten worden in mindering gebracht op de terugbetaling.

Het is belangrijk op te merken dat elke bestelling die wordt aangeboden met speciale verzendkosten onderworpen is aan een aftrek van onze werkelijke uitgaande verzendkosten.

Na de retourperiode van 30 dagen kunnen klanten de Suraziki Garantiebeleid voor reparaties als het artikel defect is of niet goed functioneert. Raadpleeg de Suraziki Garantiebeleid voor meer informatie.

Retouradres

Omdat wij over magazijnen op verschillende locaties beschikken om de geretourneerde producten te ontvangen, verzoeken wij u contact met ons op te nemen. Suraziki klantenservice per e-mail (service@suraziki.com) om het retouradres te verkrijgen.

Terugbetalingsbeleid:

De klant kan een product tot 30 dagen na ontvangst retourneren of het aankoopbedrag terugvragen. Bewaar de bon of het aankoopbewijs.

We stellen u op de hoogte zodra we uw retourzending hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, en laten u weten of de terugbetaling is goedgekeurd. Indien goedgekeurd, wordt de terugbetaling binnen 3 werkdagen automatisch verwerkt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Houd er rekening mee dat het enige tijd kan duren voordat de betaalbank of creditcardmaatschappij de terugbetaling heeft verwerkt en verwerkt.

Uitwisseling van orders

Annulering van bestelling

Suraziki verzendt uw bestellingen doorgaans binnen 1-2 werkdagen. Om een bestelling te annuleren, kunt u contact opnemen met Suraziki zo snel mogelijk de bestelling te annuleren en de klant krijgt binnen 12 uur zijn geld terug als de producten niet worden verzonden.

Wanneer een klant een bestelling annuleert, maar het product al is verzonden, moet de klant het pakket persoonlijk weigeren of contact met ons opnemen om het pakket te retourneren nadat het pakket is afgeleverd. De terugbetaling wordt binnen 3 werkdagen verwerkt nadat het pakket is geretourneerd in ons magazijn.
